Our Approach: After workshopping our client's needs and requirements, we developed a strategy for building an internal-facing AI-powered chatbot. This chatbot would be accessible to all employees, engage with them in the right language, and ultimately support them in finding the right information they need. To achieve this we leveraged both LlamaIndex, an advanced indexing and retrieval system, and GPT models to provide a user-friendly interface whilst also supporting a wide range of languages. Our expertise in Python, LlamaIndex, AWS Cognito for secure authentication, DynamoDB for scalable data storage, Azure for hosting AI models, React and Zustand store management for the frontend application, and Tailwind CSS for a visually appealing and responsive user interface was instrumental in the success of this project.
Result: The chatbot enables employees to access information both quickly and in their language, boosting productivity and inclusivity. It showcases our ability to deliver innovative solutions that streamline communication and knowledge sharing, contributing to business growth and employee satisfaction.
